Carter Meridian LLP
Manchester — 2024
A full office refurbishment and interior rebrand for a growing chartered surveying and property consultancy following a merger. The project consolidated two legacy offices into a single flagship Manchester location that needed to communicate the new combined entity's positioning as a premium, full-service property adviser. The result — a new client reception and meeting suite, completely refurbished open plan floor for 55 staff, three partner offices and a boardroom — has transformed how clients and prospective hires perceive the business.
The brief was challenging — we needed a space that reflected our new combined identity, impressed major institutional clients and gave our team somewhere they were genuinely proud to come to work.
