Lakeside Medical Centre
Manchester — 2024
A comprehensive healthcare interior design and refurbishment of a busy eight-GP practice serving over 11,000 registered patients. The project delivered a fully redesigned patient reception and waiting environment, eight new acoustic consultation rooms with HTM-compliant ventilation, a dedicated clinical waste handling area and a new staff welfare suite. Delivered across two phases to keep the surgery fully operational throughout. The practice passed its subsequent CQC inspection with the quality of the clinical environment specifically noted by inspectors.
We needed a fit out partner who understood CQC compliance from the very first meeting — not something presented as an afterthought once the design was agreed.
