A complete office refurbishment for a Chelmsford-based management consultancy outgrowing a dated, poorly configured space in the city centre. The project delivered a fully redesigned open plan floor for 35 staff, a new client meeting suite with two rooms and a breakout area, a completely refitted reception and client waiting area, updated IT and AV infrastructure throughout and a new staff kitchen and welfare area. Delivered in two phases across eight weeks with the team fully operational throughout — no remote working required.
We had been putting off the refurbishment for two years because we were convinced it would be too disruptive. Acroft's phased approach meant we never missed a client meeting, never had to work remotely and were barely aware there was a building project happening around us. The result is a completely transformed office — and it cost significantly less than the London quotes we had received for equivalent work.
