Interior Design Project
Northbrook University
Leeds — 2024
A full Cat B university interior design and fit out across a new purpose-built faculty building. The four-floor project delivered twelve teaching spaces of varying format, a 240-seat tiered lecture theatre with full AV and lecture capture, a student learning hub across two open floors, faculty offices and collaboration areas, a new library resource centre and a ground floor reception and exhibition space — all with full acoustic treatment, AV integration and the biophilic design elements specified in the university brief.
Acroft managed a genuinely complex university interior design project across four floors with multiple stakeholders, phased handover requirements and an estates team with very specific technical standards. They hit every milestone, the quality is exceptional and the feedback from students and academic staff since opening has been overwhelmingly positive. The student learning hub in particular has become a real focal point of the faculty.
